it's about time ...

yes, i've been slacking in the photo department. i had about 700 pictures in my camera and every time i tried to upload them, i couldn't get my computer to recognize any of them! so, i finally went and had them put on a disc so i can share. expect lots of catching up from the month of november in the next few days!

more exciting than that (for me, anyway), i registered for a photography class next month. it's just a 4-week beginning class, but hopefully i'll learn a little more about my camera and taking better pictures. i've had a dream camera for a year now and feel like it's time to learn how to use it properly!

on another note, the olympics start in 23 days ... can't wait! someday i'll get to actually go to the Olympics, but until then i'll settle for watching it on TV!
